Promoting false hopes is not what this is all about - not what I wanted to do in building this website, not what I intend to do in sharing the things I've discovered thus far in my personal quest for a return to better health than I've experienced.

I am also one of the "hopefull" ones, trying to develop a better understanding of all of the inter-relationships between all of the various possible approaches to alternate health practices and methods. I certainly don't claim to have that many answers yet, but there's another feeling that motivates me... a feeling that, for many of our loved ones, friends, and aquaintenances, time is running out.....

I begin to feel that I can not afford the luxury of a conviction of certainty, at the expense of wasted time, before sharing budding insights or newly-forming theories, which others may be able to relate to their own experiences and insights, and expand upon. Ideas I express should then be considered as steps along the way, rather than final conclusions, and I warmly invite any and all to email to me their reflections and insights in any of these matters.

The following is the basis of the agreement under which I offer experimental / research information and experimental research equipment to individual researchers.

RESEARCH ASSISTANCE REQUEST & AGREEMENT

" I, the undersigned, hereby affirm that I understand and agree that all research assistance, information, and materials being made available to me as an individual researcher by Bruce K. Stenulson are offered for experimental and research purposes only. I also understand and affirm that there are no claims of effectiveness or of suitability for any use that are either expressed or implied for any of the experimental research devices being made available as a form of research assistance. I accept complete responsibility for how I might choose to use the research information or experimental research devices which I request, and I understand that research is ongoing, and that any information offered is possibly incomplete, and may not be "Scientifically Proven" to any regulatory agency's standards at this time, but that it is offered as research information, to stimulate further research. I agree to personally participate in the sharing of ongoing research information. I also understand and agree that Bruce K. Stenulson retains all rights to any and all of his designs and techniques that he may share in the course of any research assistance rendered, and I will not violate those rights."

"{d} Licensed practitioners, including physicians, dentists, and optometrists, who manufacture or otherwise alter devices solely for use in their practice."

"{f} Persons who manufacture, prepare, propagate, compound, or process devices solely for use in research, teaching, or analysis, and do not introduce such devices into commercial distribution."
